Karen attributes her strong follow up skills to her ability to identify solutions to any problem. Now as a broker she provides that same personalized attention to her clients selling and buying their homes. Over the years, she has become an expert in working with the first-time home buyers through educating them, understanding their needs, and most important making them feel very comfortable in something that can be very overwhelming for the first-time homeowner.

This is what pushed her to create the one house at a time first time home buyers workshop that she’s very proud to take on the road. This workshop is for anyone who is ready to make the first steps towards home ownership. This program is designed to help people who might have thought that they could never be a first-time home buyer or to get them on the right track of becoming a first-time home owner.  Karen views herself as an advocate because while so many got rich she chose to be responsible in what to offer her clients, and to put their needs first. Karen is very passionate about helping clients become home owners and tackling with them the challenges that can arise from throughout the process. She fully understands both sides of the industry which truly gives her a advantage and her clients the edge and confidence they are in good hands and getting sound advice and education throughout the process. For those who truly desire to own a home Karen and her team are here to assist and lead the way in making that ownership and dream become a reality!!

A native New Yorker, Karen is a Realtor with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Her career began as a mortgage specialist with extensive experience in short sales.

Karen’s priority is getting results for her clients.  Karen has always tended to exceed expectations. When she worked as a mortgage banker, she was the first person to pilot a Broker/banker program. She was only with the firm for a few months when she was called up to meet the president of the bank. Honestly, she thought that she was getting fired to only find, to her surprise she was being congratulated on her success of the bank program she had implemented. The president also acknowledged the positive feedback that she was getting from the clients she worked with and some were celebrities, she worked with many upscale clientele.
